Payments must be made as agreed in the signed contract. We accept multiple forms of payment, including cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as stated in the service agreement.
Clients may cancel or reschedule their service appointment by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after this period may result in a service fee. Lantana Roof Masters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Lantana Roof Masters provides warranties on materials and workmanship as specified in your contract. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by:
Natural disasters (storms, hurricanes, etc.)
Structural issues not visible during inspection
Third-party interference
Improper maintenance after service
